I wanted to try using pureed beets in a loaf of bread. I really had to stop myself from shaping this into an obscene baguette and a couple rolls...I mean I really had to restrain myself, because as I kneaded the oddly pink dough, all I could think was it looked like a wang.
OK, so it isn't an attractive loaf. The interior is actually a nice beige colour, but I really don't see myself doing this again.
