We still have more than half the cake. Being rich, a little goes a long way.

I've had the hat for a few years-I think it was inexpensive (around 5 USD). Sometimes we bought apple butter that my mother rationed by the teaspoon. Thank you-the cake was work, but worth it...@Connie

Thank you-the cake was work, but worth it. The pan is interesting-two parts on the same pan. After baking you stand the halves on edge, trim the inward-facing part, then affix them together with the buttercream. The icing covers the seam, and gives something to stick the bees on.

You can get most of those oddball perfumes in decants at Surrendertochance.com. Hulot is an aquatic with a sort of vague fruit note. It is pleasant, but nothing I'd want a large, expensive bottle of. They had one called, "Old Fur Coat" that I'm told really did smell of old fur, stale tobacco and mothballs. I'm sorry I missed that one!Goodyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17383404429461423998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7189165.post-88034616212908039072015-08-07T19:24:05.871-07:002015-08-07T19:24:05.871-07:00That beautiful cake is filled with buttercream? I've recovered just enough to tell you how much I love your Nana shoes. I actually think my Nana had those exact same shoes. And....I just had to go check out CB I Hate Perfume. What???? This guy sounds like a genius. Wherever did you discover it? I'm on the hunt for a store that carries it. Gosh I wish we had smelloblog so I could get a whiff of your M. Hulot. Goodie, you are always so full of such wonderful information and inspiration to fire my imagination. XXOOConniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03938255518222756688noreply@blogger.com
