Carrots, cabbage, leeks, ginger, garlic, basil, all tossed in a ziplock with cooking oil, a little sesame oil and some hoisan sauce. Grind up 3 star anise and toss that in. Then, hours later when you're ready for dinner, dump it in a pan and stir-fry.
