I like the idea of Friday Cakeblogging, but the holidays really messed-up my scheduling (what with eating cookies and pastry all month). Pretty soon (really) Lent will be upon us and I'll do my weekly Friday Lenten Cake recipe (sans butter, eggs, and milk). I'm prepared for Lent blogging this year as I have a number of cooking pamphlets published during the 1930's that tell you how to bake without dairy or eggs (vinegar cake, anyone?).
I'm thinking I might give Friday Cakeblogging a break for a few months-perhaps until late Spring. There's only so much cake I can stand (heresy, I know).
So like...what do you guys think of Friday Contemporary Marxist Social Theory, instead?
