Gingerbread House 2013

Every year I say I won't be baking a gingerbread house. So much for threats.

This came together almost too easily. I keep waiting for it to collapse, but so far, so good.

Strangely, it doesn't smell like gingerbread. I put spices in-no idea what happened.

Anyway, I'll say it knowing I'll cave come next December but, I'm not doing this again next year.
