Last Evening's Stir-Fry

The sausages are vegetarian and were really quite flavourful. The vegetables were served on a bed of cous-cous.
The bread is another "no-knead" bread that fermented 18 hours before rising and baking. I'm pleased with the breads I've made this way, though they tend to go stale rather quickly.
