I've made this before HERE. This time, I filled it with the three berry jam from last week. I still can't make this shape attractive, but the cake is so delicious I doubt anyone will care.

It looks absolutely delish!
Before we get too far into the New Year and things slip my mind, wanted to thank you for sharing your recipes. Over the holidays using your recipes I made chocolate wafers, spritz cookies, olive bread and of course Jim's favorite...tamales. Everyone loved them!
I am going to definitely give the vegetarian Hoppin John a try.
