A missionary came to a cannibal village and did all manner of wonderful things for them. He brought medicine, built a school, helped them purify their water. Still, being cannibals, they wanted to eat him, and even though they knew he would do good things for them in the future, they succumbed to temptation and ate him.
Not long after, everyone who ate the missionary became violently sick-which just goes to show:
you can't keep a good man down.
