Pea Smoothie


A nice way to enjoy peas on a hot day.

You Will Need:

1 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup plain yoghurt (or more if desired)
Water to thin (you could use vegetable broth if you have it)
1 teaspoon dried mint, crumbled
Salt to taste

Puree in a blender and let sit half an hour before serving to chill and let the mint soften. Serves four.
