This unlikely combination features apples, rutabaga, and sweet potatoes. I had my doubts about the apple, but it worked well and provided a nice balance to the rutabaga.
You Will Need:
1 large rutabaga
1 large sweet potato
1 large apple
1 tablespoon chopped, fresh rosemary
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix everything together in a bowl and spread out on a baking sheet. Cook 30 minutes, using a spatula to turn the vegetables every ten minutes, reducing heat if it begins to burn.
