I have a few brooches today as time is running out before Christmas.
This tree sat in my repair pile for two years until I finally glued the red bead back on.
I have this identical reindeer in white.
We are in the home stretch now. I need to do a final photo with all of the brooches, which might prove challenging.

I, too, have the reindeer in my Christmas brooch box; however, the red ball tree is a design I haven't seen before. Red rhinestones are unusual hereabouts, but they certainly show well on a silver metal!
Have to have reindeer!
@Beth
I wonder if the scarcity of red rhinestones is some fundie fear of red. I once knew someone that wouldn't buy anything red, even hangers because it was the devil's colour.
Wow! That is certainly some collection you have, Goody. Good luck with photographing them all together. How about pinning them to a pillow/cushion with a plain cover? I often see them displayed that way in charity shops and they look good...
looove the little reindeer!!
but the tree with red beads is fun too!
xxxx
Would love to see them all together! That tree with the red beads is lovely. I'm lucky to have a :live-in brooch repair man, although sometimes he needs a little nudge ;-) I'll be wearing my one and only Christmas brooch on the day, a sparkly reindeer I bought brand new last year! xxx
The red ball tree it rather special. When ever I mend something I also wonder why exactly it took me so many weeks/months/years to get round to doing such a quick job... at least you hadn't lost the bead!
Is that deer really very tiny indeed, or is that just an invention of my eyes? Very sweet, any way.
So glad that you fixed the red bead tree, it's very festive! JanF
