The pattern is beautiful! It isn't dated-looking at all. An ordinary guy, even a young 21st century guy like Danny, could totally wear this around the house without looking like Howard Hughes. All the same, it's a good thing Danny let you keep it for yourself because you look great in it.

Yes! The dressing gown is a first cousin to a gent's Pierre Cardin I wear on those Noel Coward evenings at home -- when one sips the good stuff and reads Margery Allingham mysteries from the 30s. There is real, and then there is the escape from real... I keep hoping to find a set of satin PJs to wear under it, monogram irrelevant!
