How about 31 songs to get you in a Halloween mood? Admittedly, some of these are a stretch, but I figured I could come up with something besides Monster Mash and Flying Purple People Eater. Those are good songs, but they've been played to death. Also, yearly reminder that Zombie isn't a Halloween song.

That list is absolutely perfect, even for someone like me who isn't into Halloween at all! xxx
Like Ann, I'm not in the least bit into Hallowe'en but there's some excellent choices there - Dead Kennedys especially! xxx
Impressive list! I can't think of anything to add, short of scary-sounding classics from Broadway and from movie soundtracks. "The Phantom of the Opera," for instance, and "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff. Both have been played to death, but I bet others who are more creative can think of some lesser-known examples.

Totally my kind of music, and I agree with Vix about Dead Kennedys!
