Rugelach With Raisins, Chocolate and Marmalade


I used the same Dorie Greenspan recipe I've used for years, but this time I used my homemade marmalade in place of the apricot jam, and I skipped the nuts due to allergies in the family. I also find raisins work well if you can't get dried currants. I don't make these often, as they are just too good to be trusted around. Consider yourselves warned.
