Danny made these simple sprouts last week. I won't claim these will convert any sprout haters, but they ought to please everyone else.
You Will Need:
1 pint fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cooked (Danny steamed them)
2 tablespoons cooking oil (I used corn oil)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Arrange the cooked sprouts in a shallow dish. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over sprouts. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for fifteen minutes.
