These were simple enough to make, and quite popular at dinner.

You Will Need:
2 1/2 cups cooked, mashed carrots
1 teaspoon dried onions
3 large eggs, well beaten
2 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Grease a square baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine everything and pour into pan. Bake, uncovered about 1 hour.
