We're Number Two...

...USA! USA! USA!

Heh heh, I said, "number two." I'm a fourteen year old boy.

To celebrate the Canadian men's hockey team win (I sincerely hope they didn't crack any beers or god forbid light up cigars, because that would be completely undignified) I'm setting to work on my great Canadian candy experiment-Pate de Moosehead. Kind of like pate de fruit gummy candies, except with beer. You know, something in the same vein (you thought I'd say "spirit", didn't you?) as wine gummies. Except with beer. I'd have bought Molson, but the Moosehead was two dollars cheaper a six-pack and cripes, I'm only cooking it with sugar and gelatin.

Anyway, that's this week's project.
